1.Sintered Stone  come in size specifications. For the same quality and brand, the bigger the size, the more expensive it is. Similarly, the thicker it is, the more expensive. Therefore, it is crucial to confirm the size of the slabs before starting work, and try to avoid wasting slabs as much as possible. Layout a diagram for dividing the slabs proportionally. This way, the cutting will not affect the visual effect of the backsplash wall.

2. Overall cost.
The material is cheaper than natural marble, but installation fees and transportation costs are relatively high.

3. Sintered Stone are more expensive than large format tiles.
Although slabs are slightly more expensive, they can achieve a seamless look like natural marble. Also, they are relatively thin and lightweight, making them suitable for backsplashes and countertops.

4. Purely imported sintered stone is more expensive.
Especially brands from Italy and Spain - they often cost over a thousand RMB per square meter. So you need to budget accordingly. However, the quality, color, and texture are better than domestic slabs.

5. Thickness depends on application.
3mm thick sintered stone is generally used for cabinet door panels, doors, and can be combined for tabletops. 5mm-9mm thick sintered stone is commonly used for flooring and wall cladding. 12mm and above is often used for countertops.

6. Patterns and blanks are also associated with price.
Sintered stone with consistent patterns is more expensive than non-patterned. Super white blanks are more expensive than regular blanks.

7. Sintered stone is a ceramic product and has weaknesses too.
Although the hardness reaches Mohs scale 6-7, it chips easily. Transportation, machining, and installation need to be handled with care.

8. Buy what suits your needs.
When purchasing slabs, don't just look at the price. Choose based on your own requirements. It's best to see the actual slabs, samples, or display spaces, ideally real-life applications.
